Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, we’ll gladly accept your return, provided the item is unused and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

- Provide your order number, a description of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return address.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We will work with you to either send a replacement or process a full refund. Please include photos of the damaged or defective items when reaching out to our customer service team.
